Founded in 2017 by Mike Wade, Elevate Design Build is built on more than 18 years of hands-on experience in general contracting and home renovation. Mike’s mission has always been simple: deliver exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable results that stand the test of time.


Based in the Toronto area, we specialize in high-quality renovations, home additions, and project management for custom builds. Every project is approached with precision, care, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.


Outside of work, Mike is a proud Toronto local, an avid outdoorsman, and a lifelong fan of hockey and baseball. When he’s not on a job site, he enjoys spending time with his wife and making the most of the great outdoors.
